Our Personal Trainers


Having worked in the fitness industry for multiple years i have a broad knowledge of training systems and how to apply these to my clients sessions. Within that time i've worked with a variety of people with varying fitness abilities and goals, and with each client being different it is important to plan, develop and review each session to make sure you are getting the best outcome possible and the outcome you want. 

My area of expertise are High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), weight loss, core stability and rehabilitation, with a keen interest in body weight training.  

Furthermore; teaching group exercise classes is another passion of mine and I currently teach classes here at the Redgrave Sports Centre. I bring aspects of group exercise classes into my personal training sessions which is always a welcomed change from the usual. 

I recently qualified as a Level 3 Sports Masseuse, which has added further knowledge to my personal training.

My first step into the fitness industry was tennis coaching back in 2014 and my passion for living a strong and healthy lifestyle grew from there, motivating me to complete my level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal trainer course in the summer of 2016. Ever since then I have been personal training and fitness instructing between gyms, being self-employed and maintaining my passion for tennis and coaching in my spare time.


I specialize in weight loss and body transformations by running classes, individually and group training sessions ensuring you get the most out of your session and pushing your every session in order to get the best results possible. Teaching and motivating people to lead a healthy lifestyle and watching them see the results is the most stimulating part of my job and what I love the most about what I do. I have helped many people improve themselves mentally and physically throughout my time training them, some resolving their years of injury and pain purely from correct and regular training with the right guidance.

Despite being new to the fitness industry, I still have a deep understanding of different training methods and have already helped many people make a start on and reach their goals.

I have a keen interest in strength training, with a deep understanding of strength mechanics and how to faze a programme to ensure that you’re not constantly hitting plateaus and are always working to reach your goals. I apply this knowledge to all my clients because, even if their goals are different, the principle is the same. Training always requires periodisation to stop plateaus and this is what I can offer you. Other areas I specialise include muscle hypertrophy, kettle-bell training, fat loss, core strength & stability and boxing.

I also have a good understanding of diet which is crucial for everyone’s training goals, knowing which type of diet is best for a person’s training and physique goals. I’ve advised many people on how to improve their diets, which can be the difference between achieving and not achieving their goals.
