After completing a degree in Sports Management, my interest in the leisure industry grew. As a leisure facilities manager of 10 years and active gym user I completed my Level 3 personal training qualification.

Using my experiences from the past 7 years and feedback from clients -

My aim is to create a positive and fun experience, whilst using the best of my knowledge to support clients achieve their goals.


Improving the physical and mental health of clients, fosters a good work-life balance, enhances individuals productivity and inner-value.
